Hi! I am Anna, a certified personal trainer and nutrition coach and the founder of FitEatRest.com. 

I believe that wellness is a journey. Your fitness, eating habits & mindfulness are the stepping stones on that journey. Align each block and your whole picture gets clearer. I won't make you any "lose weight quick" promises, because I believe that anything sustainable takes time.



As a working mom of two, I know what it’s like when life gets crazy and responsibilities at home and work pile up. You might be overwhelmed, overtired, overweight. Taking care of your body doesn't mean you whittle it to size 2. You learn to get stronger, fitter and make as many good nutrition choices as you can, you take time to rest, and things will fall into place.
